Service Guidelines

    A $75 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment

    This deposit if non-refundable but will be applied toward your total service cost

    Property should be empty or mostly cleared for best results

    Utilities (water & electricity) must be active at time of service

    Heavy debris, excessive trash, or post-construction conditions may require additional services

    This service is more detailed than recurring and priced accordingly
