This service is designed for vacant or near-empty homes. We focus on every accessible surface to ensure the property is clean, presentable, and move-in ready.
Living Areas & Bedrooms
- Detailed dusting of all surfaces, shelves, and fixtures
- Ceiling fans, vents, and light fixtures cleaned
- Baseboards, trim, doors, and door frames wiped
- Interior window sills and ledges cleaned
- Closet shelves, rods, and floors cleaned
- Cobweb removal throughout
- Trash removal
- Vacuuming and thorough floor mopping
Bathrooms
- Sinks, counters, and fixtures scrubbed and sanitized
- Mirrors and glass polished
- Toilets deep cleaned (including base and behind)
- Tubs and showers scrubbed (soap scum and buildup removal)
- Tile and grout detail cleaning (moderate buildup)
- Cabinet interiors wiped (if empty)
- Trash removed
- Floors thoroughly cleaned
Kitchen
- Countertops and backsplash deep cleaned
- Sink and faucet scrubbed and sanitized
- Stovetop and range hood cleaned
- Interior and exterior of refrigerator cleaned
- Interior and exterior of oven cleaned
- Interior and exterior of microwave cleaned
- Cabinet fronts cleaned; interiors wiped out (empty cabinets only)
- Drawers wiped out (if empty)
- Trash removed
- Floors thoroughly cleaned
Service Guidelines
- A $75 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment
- This deposit if non-refundable but will be applied toward your total service cost
- Property should be empty or mostly cleared for best results
- Utilities (water & electricity) must be active at time of service
- Heavy debris, excessive trash, or post-construction conditions may require additional services
- This service is more detailed than recurring and priced accordingly
